Welcome to my personal webpage, which I try to update
at least once a decade.

I am currently teaching at the University of San Diego School of Law.

I also just finished serving as the exclusive embededed blogger
for the Dixie Chicks.

I was given an all-access pass to the most successful
female band of all-time in exchange for writing about
my journeys on their website on MSN.

Essentially, I followed and hung out with the Chicks wherever
and whenever they were recording, performing, rehearsing, playing, promoting,
camping, surfing, bowling, or doing anything interesting.
